What a fabulous cottage! So homely, comfy, cosy and welcoming. Everything we could want and more, even down to the phone chargers in the basket in the kitchen. You thought of everything. This was perfect for myself, my 84 year old mum, my son (16), my daughter (19), her boyfriend and my cousin. We have had a wonderful week. We have been to Beer may times and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us, the wonderful welcome basket and the "guess the number of cars competition" which was lots of fun.
Hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Cottage. We were delighted with the furnishings and all the mod-cons, including high speed broadband! Our young son loved his room on the top floor. The outdoor area out the back was also nice- although we didn’t get to use it until the Friday because of the bad weather!! We also really enjoyed Pecorama, a short walk up the hill- brilliant for families. Thank you for a lovely week. We hope to be back.

This was our second time staying at Victoria Cottage, as ever the cottage was very well equiped, Thank you!
We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the coastal walks to Seaton and Branscombe. The Fountain Head pub at Branscombe was well worth the trek up the hill to the other side of the village. Further afield Forde Abbey & Gardens was well worth the visit.

Lovely Easter holiday, we enjoyed our stay in Victoria Cottage. One of the best Beer cottages we have stayed in.

We wanted to drop you a line, to say we had a wonderful time,
The weather was fine and the food was divine,
We've always loved Beer, we feel at home here,
So do not fear, we'll be back next year!
We roamed around Devon, it really was heaven, Our days numbered seven.

What a beautiful few days! Beer is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of London and I couldn’t have asked for anything better than Victoria Cottage.

Highlights were the Beer to Branscombe coast walk- a great way to see the Jurassic Coastline in all its glory, a (chilly!) dip in the sea and a great meal out at The River Cottage in Axeminster.
Looking forward to the next visit already!

Thank you for providing such beautiful accommodation for our weeks stay in Beer. This was our third holiday in Beer and the best cottage by far- spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped- everything we needed and more. this year we went on a fossil walk organised by the Lyme Regis museum and thoroughly recommend for all ages. Thank you!

Wonderful week in Victoria Cottage, it is excellent accommodation. The children really enjoyed all the games and books. We would highly recommend "The fountain" in Branscombe.
Another great holiday in Beer. Thank you.

Lovely holiday in beer, Victoria Cottage is lovely and homely….we will definitely come back and recommend the cottage to everyone!

The only problem with Victoria Cottage is that we all loved it so much we didn’t want to go home. The children and I had so much fun and were well entertained by all the books, toys and games. Even the wet British weather could not spoil our holiday.
Pecorama is a great day out for small kids and you can even hear the trains whistling from the garden.
I have been coming to Beer since I was a little girl and this is my favourite house we have stayed in and can’t wait for next year.

We love Beer and have been many, many times, staying in various cottages in the village or in a caravan up the hill. Victoria Cottage is lovely- well equipped.
Mixed weather this week, but always plenty to do, the Clock Tower in Sidmouth is always a hit, Graze in Sidmouth also do great food. Lovely meal as always in the Anchor- Beer. Another lovely holiday in Beer, we'll be back!

We highly recommend Victoria Cottage, it really is first class accommodation and in a fantastic location. A great escape for families, couples or a group of friends. The local area has stunning scenery and lots to do and see, on a beautiful part of the Jurassic coast. Dawn and Scott

Thanks so much for a lovely week in your beautiful cottage which has everything we needed for a week away with our young children. We had a great time, luckily the weather was on our side and we spent some fun days exploring the local coastline and attractions. Would recommend the Beer Caves as a must see. Will certainly be back in the near future.
