Brook House is wonderfully situated in Branscombe, literally a few minutes walk from the fabulous Masons Arms Inn, which still maintains its olde worlde look with huge reals fires for the winter and outdoor space for sun lovers. It is also well known for great cuisine.  At the front of Brook House there is a lane which leads down to the beach where there is the Sea Shanty restaurant, another good eating place!  This is a superb area for walking along the South West Coastal Path with or without your pets.  Brook House has parking for 2 cars, ideal downstairs utility area for cleaning yourselves after a walk or swim, spacious accommodation upstairs with fully fitted kitchen which has a large hatch opening onto the dining/ sitting area.  The bedrooms are comfortable so be sure to book so as not to miss out on this great property.

Location: in the pretty village of Branscombe, with country views

Accommodation: Enter through the rear of the property into hallway with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Work top freezer.  Hanging space for coats etc. Separate WC with sink (cold water only)

Upstairs to:
Dual aspect, lovely bright living room with two 2-seater sofas, Freeview TV, DVD player, some DVDs.  Electric wood burner for those cosy evenings.  Door to small balcony with chairs so that you can sit out and enjoy the country views and the sound of the running stream. Dining area with table and six chairs.
Kitchen:  Well equipped with double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, slow cooker and plenty of cupboards.  Hatchway through into the living room/dining area.
Stairs from living room to:
Hallway leading to Bedroom with two single beds,with side table and lamp.
Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, small TV.  Views to countryside.

Outside: two parking spaces to the rear with further parking on a first come first served basis.

Facilities:  Night storage heating, one pet welcome, Freeview TV, DVD Player. Radio/Cassette/CD Player.  Linen is not included but these can be hired.

Restrictions: No smoking.  A refundable £100 security deposit is taken against breakage/damages. Property not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
