The property enjoys an attractive westerly view overlooking Beer village and valley, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach offering local fish, beach cafes and fishing trips and access to the famous Jurassic Coastal path with its walks west to Branscombe and Sidmouth and east to Lyme Regis. Pecorama, with its model railway, charming train carriage cafe and gardens is within walking distance whilst the guided tours of the historic Beer Quarry Caves are a short drive away.

Appearance very pleasing and well maintained. Extremely clean and in good repair. The property was well equipped with everything you could wish for.
