A most pleasant holiday bungalow, semi-detached, tucked away in the quiet garden surrounding of the popular Stoneleigh Holiday Park, in the hamlet of Weston, near Sidmouth on the South Devon coast.
Accommodation: Compact, cosy and attractively newly fitted and furnished with style and new flooring throughout. Light, bright and airy. One step up, into open plan living areas, Lounge/Diner/Kitchen. Hall area leads to:

Front-grassed garden with garden furniture, table and two chairs . The spacious Park has lovely views over Weston Combe leading down towards the sea and a children’s play area.
Allocated Parking space for 1 car by bungalow. Further cars, park in main car park.
Regret no pets. No smoking in property please. Please note there are currently no leisure facilities at Stoneleigh Holiday Park.

The Blue Ball Inn, The Rising Sun Pub and Spar shop at Sidford are both under 2 miles away. Local bus service operating to Sidmouth, Exeter, Honiton, Seaton, Lyme Regis on the main Lyme Regis to Exeter road, a 10 minute walk.
During the summer from mid-May to 30th September excluding Folk Week early August, the Sidmouth Hopper bus operates an hourly service into Sidmouth. Further details from the Sidmouth Information Centre.

Location and Area:
Pebbles is located in the hamlet of Weston, near Sidmouth, on the South Devon Coast. The Park has lovely views over Weston Combe leading down towards the sea.
The small beach at Weston is reached by a 20 minute walk down a hillside pathway. Watch and get up close to the donkeys at the famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston, a short walk away with excellent new visitors centre, shop and café/restaurant.
Well situated with the popular Regency coastal town of Sidmouth with Esplanade and splendid variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, theatre and pretty seaside village of Branscombe with spectacular beach and two popular inns both a 10 minute drive. Otterton Mill with ancient working water mill, set beside the River Otter with their café/restaurant and Devon food shop is an ideal day out.
A 15-minute drive to Seaton with superb mile long beach with Esplanade, Axe Harbour, cliff top golf course, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, along with The Jurassic Coast Centre and the Seaton Wetlands, made up of 4 Local Nature reserves.
The quaint fishing village of Beer is a 10-minute drive with the Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens.
Lyme Regis, known as ‘The Pearl of Dorset’ famous for its historical Cobb is a 20-minute drive.
