This large, attractive apartment, close to the sea, is well furnished offering comfortable accommodation. The situation is wonderful for those who wish to stroll along the beach or browse around the shops. There are several new restaurants and coffee bars that need to be investigated, with everything close to hand this is an ideal property.
Location: Just opposite the pebble beach and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Seaton town.
Accommodation: Entrance to dining hall with table and chairs leading into the kitchen which is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing/dryer, dishwasher and Freezer.
Sitting room: Large bay window to the front, comfortable sofas and armchairs gas log effect fire for those colder months. Ideal place to relax. Flat screen Freeview TV.
