Conveniently positioned for town amenities and a short walk to the beach. Glimpsea is fresh and bright giving plenty of space for 4 people, having a separate sitting room with access to the cloakroom and utility area, in which the owners have provided a fridge, coffeemaker and extra mugs etc., is very convenient and thoughtful. It is particularly lovely to dine upstairs with the patio doors open.

Location:  Located on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast in East Devon, Glimpsea is close to the town centre and all the local amenities including restaurants, local shops and the popular Seaton beach including Axmouth harbour.

Accommodation:  Entrance hall. Door to Sitting room with large TV, one three seater sofa and one two seater sofa, nest of tables.  Please note that there is an additional sofa bed, which if you wish to make use of, there will be an additional charge of £30.  Door to utility room and cloakroom.  The utility area has an additional fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, ironing board and iron.  This room leads out onto the small courtyard at the rear of the property.
Floor 1: Kitchen/dining area. The kitchen consists of a gas hob, integrated oven, integrated slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster.  There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.  The dining area has a table and chairs plus an additional two seater sofa, coffee table and Sky TV with DVD player.  There are patio doors which open onto the balcony giving this room plenty of light.
Floor 2: Two single bedrooms both equipped with bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Family bathroom with white suite of wash basin, WC and bath with overbath shower.
Floor 3: Double bedroom this room is at the top of the property, it is quite spacious with unusual triangular window behind the bed giving glimpses of the sea!  Well furnished with chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables.  New TV.

Outside:  Parking for one car, small courtyard to the rear of the property (not secure for pets).

Facilities:  All fuel included in the rental. Bed linen provided. Towels provided (but please bring your own beach towels). Sky TV.  WiFi available.

Restrictions:  As with all properties No Smoking. This property does not take short breaks.
