Location:     The Chalet is situated in lovely surroundings on the Tower Estate, Seaton. It is in a fine elevated position on the main Lyme Regis - Exeter road (A3052) at the junction of Seaton Down Hill, just past the village of Colyford and next to a converted water tower which is visible for some miles. The villages of Axmouth, Beer and Branscome are only a short distance away and Exeter is also within easy reach. The Chalet is in a good position for exploring East Devon and the Surrounding area, including peaceful country villages and sandy beaches at Exmouth and Charmouth.

Accommodation:  Open plan kitchen/dining area and sitting room.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box and washing machine. Table and 4 chairs. The sitting area has an electric fire, Sofa and two arm chairs with a TV and DVD player.

There are two compact bedrooms each with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.

The bathroom consists of a good size shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Outside:  There is a patio area with table and chairs which is ideal for those warm summer evenings.  It is a sociable area with a grassed area courtyard effect with an additional picnic table.

Facilities:  Please note that electricity is provided by a coin meter. Bed linen and towels are provided.  Pets are allowed. Parking.
