This is a sleeps 6 (3 bedroom) variation of Knowles to accommodate smaller parties. Bedroom configuration (double or twin rooms) available on request. 3 bedrooms will be locked off but all communal areas can be accessed.
Superb detached Victorian country property, built in 1890, offers a 3 bedroom house, full of character and many original features, set back from the Colyford to Colyton road occupying an elevated position in over an acre of beautiful garden surroundings of the small friendly town of Colyton steeped in history dating back to Saxon times, between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Quaint shops, art galleries, antiques, a garden shop, inns serving real ales and eateries line the streets. Tennis courts are almost opposite and golf courses at Seaton, Lyme Regis and Honiton. Scenic walks along the River Coly and the countryside lanes. The electric tram runs along the Axe Valley to the coast at Seaton 3 miles away. Colyford, 2 minutes drive away, has a PO/Stores and butchers, 2 inns, a restaurant, Nature Reserve and Holyford Woods.
