The charming rural town of Colyton is about 5 minutes stroll and is well served with traditional inns, restaurants and tea rooms. The beaches at Seaton and Beer are about a 10 minutes drive.
Location: In a quiet residential area, 5 minutes stroll to Colyton with lovely views over water meadows and valley towards Musbury.

Lounge with coordinated decor, fireplace with woodburner for log fires and patio doors to garden. Freeview TV and DVD. WiFi. Separate dining room. Ground floor WC. Stairs to first floor: Master Bedroom with double bed and country views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and country views. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Newly fitted bathroom with white suite comprising bubble end bath with over bath shower, washbasin and WC. Heated towel rail.
Outside: Enclosed terraced, lawned rear garden. Open plan garden to front. Two parking spaces on drive. Children's play area and tennis courts 1 minute walk from property. Riverside walks nearby.
