If you enjoy historical properties, you will love Hole House. The house is thoughtfully furnished in keeping with its period, with all modern conveniences in the kitchen, plenty of cloakrooms and lots of space for just relaxing. The gardens are particularly delightful and well tended. Worth a special mention is the duck pond whose residents enjoy being fed by younger visitors, the woodlands for wildlife enthusiasts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hole House - inside and out.The rooms are welcoming and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and a great size. WiFi works. Mobile works away from the house. Beds are comfortable and there are more than enough bathrooms although these are a little outdated.Despite the typical Devon lane access we would certainly consider staying here again given the close proximity to an interesting variety of towns, villages, beaches and country walks.
