A property which will appeal to guests who appreciate character cottages, Chapel Row offers very comfortable, stylish accommodation in a delightful village setting. The cottage offers a wealth of original features and is furnished and decorated in true cottage style, with emphasis given to comfort and colour coordination throughout. The owners use the cottage regularly out of season, so this is certainly a home from home with many pictures and bits and pieces left for our guests to enjoy.

Location: In the top settlement of Branscombe village a few seconds stroll from the Fountain Head Inn and 5 minutes by car to the beach.

Accommodation: Entrance to spacious lounge with ceiling beams, window seats and a feature Inglenook fireplace with woodburner for real fires. Flatscreen TV, DVD and CD player. Wireless broadband connection. Open-plan antique pine farmhouse style kitchen/diner with Belfast sink, electric cooker, larder fridge, freezer and microwave. Dining area with pine furniture. Newly built lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer. Door to shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC Open tread with rope handrail, wooden spiral stairs from lounge to first floor.
Large master bedroom with dual aspect windows, king size pine bed and coordinated decor. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. Bedroom 3 is a single room. Bathroom with white suite of bath, overbath electric shower, basin, WC and lovely valley views.

Outside: Large garden with patio, lawn and planted borders. Garden furniture provided. Please note that the garden is enclosed but by a low hedge on the side adjacent to the lane. Please also note that the garden gate leads directly to the lane. Off road parking for 2 cars opposite.
