Brook House is wonderfully situated in Branscombe, literally a few minutes walk from the fabulous Masons Arms Inn, which still maintains its olde worlde look with huge reals fires for the winter and outdoor space for sun lovers. It is also well known for great cuisine. At the front of Brook House there is a lane which leads down to the beach where there is the Sea Shanty restaurant, another good eating place! This is a superb area for walking along the South West Coastal Path with or without your pets. Brook House has parking for 2 cars, ideal downstairs utility area for cleaning yourselves after a walk or swim, spacious accommodation upstairs with fully fitted kitchen which has a large hatch opening onto the dining/ sitting area. The bedrooms are comfortable so be sure to book so as not to miss out on this great property.

Accommodation: Enter through the rear of the property into hallway with washing machine and tumble dryer. Work top freezer. Hanging space for coats etc. Separate WC with sink (cold water only)
Dual aspect, lovely bright living room with two 2-seater sofas, Freeview TV, DVD player, some DVDs. Electric wood burner for those cosy evenings. Door to small balcony with chairs so that you can sit out and enjoy the country views and the sound of the running stream. Dining area with table and six chairs.
Kitchen: Well equipped with double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, slow cooker and plenty of cupboards. Hatchway through into the living room/dining area.
