A very pleasant house excellently situated right in the heart of this charming, popular fishing village of Beer – a gateway to the Jurassic Coast.

The attractive balcony enjoys views of the street leading down to the sea. Table, chairs and parasol, (care with young children).
Parking: Complimentary parking permit for one car (May-October) for village car park, 2-minute walk away. Also reasonably priced weekly ticket £25 which entitles a second car to park in Beer and other East Devon District Council car parks, purchased either from the car park or The Cream Shop.
Regret no pets. Access information available on request. £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit on July and August bookings.
Short breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank holidays.

Church View is set above the family seasonal Bistro, (evenings only) and is perfectly positioned for the sheltered beach just a 2-minute walk away. A lovely spot offering boat trips and mackerel fishing, cafes, local fish for sale and deck chairs for hire.
Superb cliff top walks along the Heritage Coast footpaths to Branscombe and Sidmouth in one direction and to Seaton and Lyme Regis in the other. Interesting local shops, art galleries and antiques, selection of eating places and inns are all on your doorstep.
