This is an absolutely wonderful property. Fresh, light and beautifully furnished to a high standard. Underfloor heating in the living area. We cannot over emphasise the spectacular views from the balcony. This is a really desirable property.
Location: Set at the top of Beer with magnificient views over Beer Bay.

Bedroom 1 at front of the property with double bed and good quality oak furniture with lovely en-suite of shower cubicle with dual shower head, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds with central bedside table chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has white 3' wide good quality bunk beds and pretty storage boxes.

The kitchen spans the whole width of the property with plenty of storage space, it includes gas hob with under electric oven, under worktop fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher washer/dryer. Very well equipped. Ash dining table and white painted chairs, large corner sofa with matching chair and stool. T.V. and DVD player, DVD's, games and wifi. Bi folding patio windows opening onto the balcony which wraps around the property. There is a bistro set on the balcony. The views are sublime.
Outside: Parking for 1 car. Lawns to the front and side of the property with garden furniture.
