This apartment offers value for money. It is decorated and furnished to the owner's personal taste, comfortable and well equipped.
Location: Right in the centre of Beer village - a level walk to the shops, pubs and clifftop, but set back off the main street.
Accommodation: Second floor entrance hall. The apartment was redecorated throughout in January 2018. Open plan living room is well furnished with newly fitted kitchen area, electric cooker, microwave & washing machine, sitting and dining furniture, flat screen TV. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin singles. Both bedrooms have good quality beds.
Bathroom with modern thermostatic shower, glass surround, WC, wash basin and electric towel rail with ample towel hooks.
The apartment is comfortable all the year round, being very well insulated and warm during the colder months.
Outside: Private parking for one car in Bay Number 12.
Restrictions: Regret no pets and no smoking. Linen and towels are not included but can be hired.
