Location: Tranquility in the very heart of the village but only 200 yards from the beach.
As its name implies The Haven, a duplex two bedroomed two bathroom apartment is in a tranquil location, but yards from the beach and all the facilities of Beer. It has the privilege of terraced sea view gardens and private parking so rare in the middle of Beer.
We have owned it for twenty two years when we completely restructured the apartment. Always a favourite with our guests it has continually undergone a programme of improvements.
But eventually the time comes when a full make over is called for to meet changing needs and desires of our clients.
Over this winter, working on a scheme produced by a professional interior decorator we have completed a comprehensive refurbishment. This entailed total redecoration, lighting, carpets ,showers, furniture, beds, artwork and ultra 4K TV,Internet, WiFi, sound bar and DVD player plus enhancing the kitchen..
We think that we have achieved a relaxing modern feel of quality, but at the same time preserving the charm of this late Victorian building.

Stairs to second floor. Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, basin and feature Victorian stained glass window. Bedroom 2, twin beds, with garden views, and en-suite shower, WC and basin.
Outside: Lovely terraced gardens with village views which are accessed via the car parking area. Please note there are several steps to this garden.
Facilities: Bedlinen, towels gas and electricity included.
