A great place for a holiday! The property is a very short level walk from the village shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, pubs and wine bar. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach offering local fish, beach cafes, deck chairs, fishing trips and access to the famous Jurassic Coastal Path with its walks west to Branscombe and Sidmouth and east to Lyme Regis.

Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted within the cottage. Regret property unsuitable for pets. A £150 refundable security deposit is taken against damage/breakages. Changeover day is a Friday.

Fantastic week. We love all the refurb to this property and just great to be able to sit out on the decking. The entire property is so tastefully done out and homely at the same time. Big bonus is the parking outside. Bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch!

The apartment ticks all the boxes and perfect for a break from the "hustle and bustle" of daily life. A tranquil spot to relax but only a short walk to be watered and fed.
