Good sized bedroom with light oak furniture, including double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirrors, built-in wardrobe and colour TV.
Newly decorated bathroom with all new shower cubicle (digital shower), wash basin with floor standing vanity unit and WC. Heated towel rail.

Outside: Beach and Jubilee Gardens just seconds away. Village car park, restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walk.

Restrictions: Smoking not permitted in building. One small pet welcome.  This property takes a refundable £150 security deposit against damage/breakages.

Facilities:  All fuel (hot water, night storage/electric wall heating) and bedlinen (not towels) included in rental.  WiFi included. Parking Permit:  included for Beer Central Car Park and Cliff Top Car Park  valid through to 2nd November 2019.
