Character Beer terraced property with a modern touch, 200 yards from the village and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Off-road parking and secluded/attractive patio and garden.

Location: Set in Clapps Lane, just off the main street leading to the centre of Beer, only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Accommodation:
Porch entrance with Gas meter cupboard and slatted shelves to leave your shoes. Large sitting /dining room with laminate floor, two large brown leather sofas, one 3 seater and one 2 seater. Open fire place for those cold evenings. TV/Video/DVD. Stereo ipod connection (bring your own ipod.) The dining area has an antique pine table with 6 leather backed dining chairs and patio doors to the garden. Adjacent to the dining area is a cream Shaker style kitchen with laminate ‘granite type’ work surfaces, modern coloured wall tiles and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. Gas hob and electric oven. 1 ½ bowl sink with mixer taps.

Off street parking for two cars at the front of the property. Rear courtyard garden with built in BBQ and garden furniture. Shared access to terraced garden which is grassed, the top terrace has a garden shed and patio with lovely views over the village of Beer.
