The sitting room is large and dual aspect with wonderful views of the cliffs. Wooden flooring, pretty wall lights, wood burner which heats the whole house! Just what you need for those cold winter evenings. Linen three piece suite, co-ordinated soft furnishings, card table and bureau which give the room a classic and calming effect.

Bedroom 3 is a single room with a difference, the single bed is a truckle bed (another mattress can be pulled out to change the bed to a twin!) Views to the bay of Beer.
Family bathroom has a white suite of bath, basin, toilet and over bath shower. Heated towel rail and guess what more views! There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.
